Orders may be cancelled within 6 hours of being placed. No requests for cancellation will be processed after this deadline.

Returns and Refund Policy

We hope that you are very happy with your new purchase and will gladly assist you if you request a refund or exchange. The following is our policy and instructions for returns, exchanges, and flawed merchandise.

Instructions for Requesting a Return or Exchange:

Merchandise may be returned within 7 calendar days of the original purchase date, provided that they have all original packaging, supplementary items and are in new condition, as when sold.

  • If you would like to return merchandise, please contact us at as soon as possible at redcellltd@yahoo.com
  • Include a copy of your invoice/receipt. Any product you return must be in the same condition in which it was received, and in the original packaging.
  • Original shipping fees/delivery fees are not refundable.  All return shipping costs shall be the sole responsibility of the customer.  We recommend that you insure any return shipments since we cannot be responsible for returned items lost or damaged in transit.
  • In the unlikely event that we have inadvertently sent you incorrect merchandise or you received damaged merchandise, please notify us immediately.  We will reimburse you for the cost of returning the package to us, and we will not charge you for the shipping costs of replacement merchandise.
  • All refunds will be credited back to your account in the manner in which they were paid (Cash; Credit/Debit card/PayPal Account). Actual shipping costs will be deducted.
  • Red Cellular Ltd reserves the right to evaluate all returns before issuing a credit.
  • If you are exchanging your purchase for a different item and there is a price difference, we will charge/credit you for that difference.
