Our in-house technician is dedicated and reliable. Should your handset be faulty due to manufacturers’ defect, return the item up to 3 months after purchase with your receipt to one of our locations and our technician will handle the rest. In the meantime you will be assigned a loaner phone to ensure little disruption.
The repair process may take 1-2 weeks depending on issue to be resolved.

Handsets will not be accepted for the following reasons:
1) If the unit shows signs of tampering
2) If the unit contains liquid damage
